The hotel's location near Taksim Square is ideal for business travellers, with easy access to the main mall in Taksim and the downtown area. the rooms are well-decorated and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering great service to guests.

The rooms were new and clean.
We had booked a superior double room but were given a twin room on arrival. After complaining we were given a double room with no windows. This room cost 165 euros. Even in the youth hostels I've stayed in you get a window!! In the morning we complained again and they gave us a twin room with the beds pushed together. On check on they only gave us a 10% discount!!!! We weren't impressed with this place at all.

You can reach this place on foot from a popular street, and the decor is lovely, plus the neighborhood of Besiktas is worth exploring.

The hotel is located a minute from Istiklal St. So it is very convenient for those who want to stay downtown where the night life and the shops are.
1. The stuff of the hotel could barely speak and understand english. And some of them had no idea of how the hotel runs; no professionalism at all! 2. The breakfast was served in a cafe about 1/2km away from the hotel! And though we paid 15 euros per person per day, the breakfast was too poor ( in some cases just a toast and a coffe!) that we had to buy from other stores something extra for breakfast! Not to mention that when we had booked for the hotel and breakfast the hotel didn't think appropriate to let us know that the breakfast wouldn't be served at the hotel!! 3. The room wasn't cleaned well and even we spent 4 nights at the hotel, not even once did they changed the sheets!! 4. The air condition didn't work. 5. It is an overestimated hotel; it may have modern furnitures but it is just for the image.

Modern hotel with trendy interior, yet nice homey feel to it. Ideally located to enjoy the nice restaurants, cafe's and shops in beyoglu especially cihangir. Very good value for your money!! I would definitely recommend it.

The room was beautifully decorated with a great taste in furniture. It was also very clean and well-maintained. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, thanks to the insulated windows. The location was excellent, as it was in downtown of this city, close to both the Sultanahmet area and Taksim Main Street with many shops. the hotel had great facilities, including a delicious breakfast and helpful staff.
Can't fault anything about it.

Overall the hotel offered a comfortable stay. The rooms were nicely decorated and our beds were clean and tidy. The hotel was located in a bustling area with lots of nearby eateries and attractions within walking distance. It was also located near a metro station, which made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us helpful advice on things to do in the area. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception service.
Noise was a major issue during our stay. The walls were thin, so we could hear other guests clearly in the hallways and neighboring rooms.

The location is excellent!
I was disappointed that even though with booking months in advance, we were placed on the first floor, in a smaller room, directly off the noisy lobby. Our traveling companions booked weeks after us and had a much nicer room on a higher floor. Also, the animal skin rug was a turn off to us as vegetarians.

In the right area but quite noisy at night (double glazing helped). Very new & spotless & modern. Not much atmosphere as it was very enclosed.

This hotel was great for our city trip! We loved the stylish decor and the comfy beds. the location was perfect , we were just a few minutes' walk away from all the great shops, restaurants and cafes. Plus, we enjoyed having fluffy towels and slippers provided , it made us feel pampered!
The noise outside , it was pretty loud at night which made it a bit difficult to sleep. we had to pay for coffee which we weren't informed about beforehand.
